does this sound good & healthy for dinner?
I've been trying to get into a more healthy eating habit.What do you think of what I am having for dinner tonight?
Grilled Bison steak 6 oz
1 cup of mixed steamed veggies (carrot,green bean,lima bean,red peppers)
1 cup brown rice
does it sound alright? 
It sounds like a good start.
Make sure that you are drinking water too.
Next time go with grilled chicken instead of steak.
You could also cook turkey burgers to since they are leaner too.
