Why does my Boston Terrier have pink fur?
Our BT has pink fur on her chest and legs. Not her skin, her fur. Anyone out there have a BT with this issue? I've looked online without any luck, and I'm not paying the vet $50 to say "I know, let's do $450 of allergy tests and then come to no definite conclusion!"
Nope, not her skin showing through. It's the thicker fur on her upper-chest. She's a notorious foot-chewer, too. Our household motto has become "We Don't Chew Our Feet".
I think it is her skin (which is pink) penetrating through where the white hair is.
