feeding my baby bearded dragon?
I have a baby bearded dragon, I usually feed him 5 6 crickets each day then some meal warms or kell is this too much? how much crickets,meal worms or kell should i feed him daily???? he is a baby just his body is the size of my thumb
Never feed Bearded Dragons meal worms! They have a very hard exoskeleton that is not easily digested. They can block the insides causing an impaction and should not be used, especially with baby dragons!

If you want to use worms, buy appropriately sized Phoenix Worms. These are a much better, soft bodied, high in calcium, feeder insect. These can be fed everyday with no problems along with crickets.
As for how much you should feed, you should be feeding your baby dragon 3 times a day. Every feeding, let him eat as much as he can in a 10-15 minute time frame. This could mean 20 crickets each feeding so 60 crickets total each day. (just an example and your dragon might eat less)
You should also be keeping a fresh salad in the tank at all times. Veggies such as Collared Greens, Mustard Greens, Dandelion Greens, Kale, etc should be used. You can also throw in some squash, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, apples, zucchini, etc.

Babies need the most protein (insects) they can get. They help aid in proper growth and building strong bones. You must also dust the insects with the proper supplements daily.
