How do you make leather tassels?
I would like to make some leather tassels to hang from my walking stick using 1/8" Leather Lace. Can someone explain how to do this? And, if possible, add diagrams. Thank you.
I'd make them the same way you make yarn ones.
Cut strips of the leather 2X as long as you want the tassel to be. Try different numbers to make the fullness you want.
Take another piece and tie all the pieces together in the middle, fold all of them in half, and tie another piece around them, just below the piece you used to tie all of them together.
I googled and found nothing, other than an adult toy site, and didn't want to send you that link. LOL.
