Is it ok to put moss in a green iguana cage?
I want to put a moss of some sort in my iguanas cage to help with moisture control and to also give her another type of surface to rub on. Is this ok? thanks
Any suggestions on the type of moss to use?
She will probably try and eat it.
If you want to raise humidity, use a bigger water bowl and put it in a warmer part of the viv.
You can give her rocks which have been scrubbed and branches that have been scrubbed and either frozen in a freezer or cooked in an oven to sterilise them.

Iguanas are rain forest animals not desert animals.
