Did I permanently damage the glans of my penis?
On the head/glans of my penis there's a patch that covers the front side of the glans around the base, away from the tip. It covers about 1/2 of the surface area, and is more reddish than the rest. It's wrinkly compared to the rest of the glans. What happened was a couple of months ago I got a sore, which I thought was either because of jelqing or the way I masturbated:

I've stopped masturbating that way but still jelqed after taking a break. I don't get pain or new sores from jelqing, but the remnant of that sore still remains. I still feel a bit of pain pressing on it, but it may just be sensitivity (I'm uncircumsized).
Is my penis damaged? It functions OK but looks discolored and has wrinkles in it.

What you probably have now, is what is called " Peyronnies" which is when your penis has been bleeding inside the shaft or head, causing it to scar inside under the skin..if it is on the shaft of your penis, it will normally make your penis bend on erection, left, right, up, or down when stiff...seeing it is on your penis head it is probably blood under the skin like a blood blister which should vanish after a while...these are caused by rough treatment causing injuries to yourself...
