Movie in which an highschool teacher gives classes at night to help a group of poor students pass a test?
I remember in this movie, the teacher was a normal teacher during the days, teaching rich kids. And at night, he was wearing a leather jacket and an earring and he was teaching a group of poor students behind a bar. There was also this girl from his high school that seemed to love him and she followed him at night to this bar where she danced with him in one scene.
If I'm right the movie was situated in L.A.

Just the other night, I watched this twice through then set up my VCR to tape a copy, as the one I taped nearly a decade ago is "giving up the ghost". I wouldn't want to be deprived of J. Eddie Peck in this one. By the way: Melora Hardin previously played Baby in the TV series based on "Dirty Dancing", which very little resembles the hit movie. Johnny is played by Patrick Cassidy.
