I have what feels like small muscle spasms in my upper leg. What might be causing this?
It's mostly in the upper left leg around the middle . I haven't done any major exercising that would cause this. The twiching is in a rather small area and happens in rapid succesion, pause a bit, and returns. Any advice on how to stop it or if it's major enough to see a doctor?
This is very common in everybody. Don't think too much of it, unless it is happening chronically. Then you should see a doctor.
You really can't stop it (from what I know) and if it bothers you a LOT, then maybe you should see a doctor.
