Where can I get upholstery grade snakeskin vinyl ?

I need it for a Motorcycle Seat. I have found vinyl on ebay but its sticky backed table covering stuff not suitable for upholstery.

Don't know where you live but I have seen it before in the Upholstery Fabric department of the Joann Fabric chain stores.

I googled "PVC snakeskin" and found this (below) -- at almost 32 ounces per square yard it is pretty sturdy stuff:
