Tooling Bookbinding
Tooling Bookbinding

What's the most effective tool you can use to trim the long edges of multiple stacks of printer paper?
I'm trying to trim the long edges of multiple stacks of regular paper at once and my goal is to get the edges of the entire paper stack perfectly straight and aligned without having to go to a bookbinding shop.
Any and all help is appreciated!!!
This isn't easy if you want real exactness.
You can use a trimmer and be rigorous about marking and lining up with the non-cutting edge.
You can use a template or just a metal ruler along with an Xacto knife.
Or you can go to Kinko's and have them make one gigantic cut though all the papers at one time. If you need more than one size, you'll be charged for more than one cut, but otherwise one cut won't be very expensive at all (and much easier and probably better than doing it yourself
